Cancellation/ Refund Policy

A cancellation will NOT result in a refund for any reason. However, you may reschedule your appointment as long as it is at least 24 hours before your appointment. If it is not at least 24 hours before appointment, you will be charged a $50.00 reschedule fee. No call no show will result in you having to pay for another test. This is for drug screens and DNA services.

There are NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

We DO NOT accept cash as a form of payment. We happily accept all major debit and credit cards.

Random Testing

Random drug testing is an effective way to deter drug use in the workplace. Our program is designed to be fair and impartial, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Post-Accident Testing

Our post-accident referred to as "post-incident" drug testing services can help you determine whether drugs or alcohol played a role in a workplace accident. We offer fast and accurate testing to get you the answers you need.

Reasonable suspicion Testing

Also known as "for-cause" testing if supervisors have evidence or reasonable cause to suspect an employee of drug use. Specific reasons for reasonable suspicion testing include physical evidence of illicit substances, patterns of abnormal behavior, disorientation or confusion.

Return-to-duty Testing

If an employee has previously tested positive for illicit substances or violated a company's drug and alcohol policy.

Follow-up Testing

Id performed after an initial return-to-duty, and is only completed if the employee tests negative for a drugs on the return-to-duty test and returns to their position.

Periodic Testing

Is scheduled and is typically performed on current employees at consistent time periods throughout the year. This service is normally used if a company choose to perform annual periodic testing if employees are required to undergo an annual physical.

What type of test does the Department of Transportation (DOT) recognize and use?

The U.S. Department of Transportation only recognizes a five panel urine drug test for all agencies regulated by DOT such as FMCSA, FAA, USCA, FRA, PHMSA and FTA for safety sensitive positions.

DOT, 49 CFR Part 40 of the DOT drug and alcohol policy and compliance regulation requires that all persons covered in positions classified as safety sensitive must have a pre-employment drug test with a negative result on file, be a member of a DOT approved random pool/consortium and if the company has more than one employee in a safety sensitive position then a written drug and alcohol policy and supervisor training is required.

What is a SAMHSA Certified Laboratory?

SAMHSA is the abbreviation utilized for laboratory certified and accredited by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration of the United States Government. While there are many small laboratories that conduct drug testing analysis, some are not certified and should not be used for drug testing. Accredited Drug Testing only uses SAMHSA Certified Laboratories such as Quest Diagnostics, CRL, and Labcorp.

What is a Medical Review Officer?

A Medical Review Officer also commonly known as a MRO is a licensed physician who has been trainined and certified in drug testing analysis and who verifies and approves a certified laboratory drug test result. A drug test result is not official until the MRO has reviewed and signed the result.

What is a DER?

The term DER is used for a employer or company's Designated Employer Representative. This is the person who works at a company (in house) who is responsible for managing and coordinating the drug free workplace program. If the company is DOT regulated the DER is responsible for insuring that a employee who is in a Safety Sensitive position and tests positive is immediately removed from the safety sensitive position.

Legal Paternity Test

This is our highly recommended test. If the child is under 18, it is strongly recommended that you choose this option. Results can be used in court to support any legal purpose, including: amending a birth certificate, child support orders, etc.

If an infant is being tested the baby should not be breastfed within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time. The DNA in mom's breast milk can affect the DNA test results.

Has the alleged father recently died or missing?

If the alleged father is incarcerated, deceased, cannot be located, just doesn't want to do the test, mother doesn't want him to know she's doing the test, but at least one of his parents are alive and available for testing, then a Grandparentage DNA Test is the best option. Paternity can be legally determined if grand paternity is proven.

Non-Legal Peace of Mind Paternity Test

If you just want to know the truth and you do not need a paternity test that is court admissible, then this is the best option for you.

WHAT’S THE PROCESS TO GETTING A DNA TEST?

You book your appointment online or by phone, receive your welcome e-mail from the testing center administrator, show up for your appointment with Valid Government Issued Photo ID (all parties age 18 and over require ID), all parties involved will be swabbed, test will get shipped to our accredited laboratory, test results will come back within 2 business days, results will be e-mailed or read in office.

CAN I RECEIVE MY TEST RESULTS BY PHONE?

No, we will not give you your results over the phone. Results will be sent by e-mail or one of the parties involved can come to the office to pick up the results, or there can be scheduled time for administrator to reveal test results in office with all parties present in the event mediation or counseling is needed.

WILL MY PRIVACY BE PROTECTED?

Absolutely! We take our clients’ privacy very seriously. We will not release any information about your case to anyone without your authorization. We will always follow any special instructions you give us for communicating with you or other parties involved in your test.
